About Dr. Bilgenur Baloglu

I’m a scientist, founder, and technical operator working across science, AI, and company building.

Over the past decade, I’ve moved from field research and bioinformatics into entrepreneurship, taking technical ideas through customer discovery, validation, funding, pilots, commercialization, and first revenue. I’ve also built multidisciplinary teams and worked across product, partnerships, and early-stage operations.

Today, I’m co-founder of Perspective Intelligence, founder of Clarity & Movement®, and adjunct faculty at the University of San Diego.

Why Clarity & Movement Exists

Clarity & Movement® grew out of building technical companies.

Scientists are trained to ask whether something is true. Founders have to answer a different set of questions too: Is this problem worth solving? Who actually needs it? What evidence will make someone act? What should we test before we spend six months building? And what needs to happen next?

Those questions sit between the science and the business, and they are often where technically strong teams get stuck.

That is the work I do now.

I help scientists and technical founders figure out what is worth building, test their assumptions against reality, and turn what they learn into products, pilots, and companies that can actually move.

Good technology is only part of the company. The rest has to be built too.
